Sažetak
Less known is the fact that series of paintings were made in Vienna before monumental Hebra's atlas of skin diseases appered. One could call it some kind of proto-atlas which was depicted in the early forties, antedating Hebra's monumental atlas by a dozen years. This valuable collection of paintings by Carl von Rzehaczek (Vienna 1816-Graz 1897) and possibly Lorenz Matthäus Carl Rigler (Graz 1815- Graz1 1862) is presented in the book follewed by the commentaries of the panel of leading international dermatologists.
