Sažetak
The potential of the Er:YAG laser to cut hard denta tissues such as enamel, cementum and bone, without significant thermal or structural damage bring out the posibility of tooth cavity preparation, removal of restorative materials, resection of apicies of endodontically treated teeth and many others clinical applications. Nd:YAG laser is used for reduction permeability and desinfection of root canal dentinal walls. It can be used in treatment of oral soft tissue disease (vaporization, coagulation an ablation).
