Sažetak
An approach to the neural network base control of a two-stage heat exchange process is presented. A warm liquid with a low boiling point is fed into a distillation column. Strict maintennace of tis value close to boiling point is required. In the first stage, the liquid is heated nearly to desired temperature, and in the second stage the desired value is controlled within a permitted tolerance of 1 C. The task is achieved by the feed-forward control supported by the nerual network-based model of the process
