Sažetak
The Basic Gravimetric Network of the Republic of Croatia was established in 2002 by the Faculty of Geodesy in Zagreb in cooperation with State Geodetic Administration of the Republic of Croatia and Croatian Geodetic Institute. It contains 42 points. The scale has been defined by the measurements at 6 absolute gravity points presenting 0. Order, while the I. order network is defined with 36 points. Zero series of measurements in the Basic Gravimetric Network of the Republic of Croatia have been done in the period between June and August 2003. Three gravimeters, two Scintrex CG-3M and one Scintrex CG-5 have been used for relative measurements. Gravimeters are taking into account directly in field (in real time) correction cosed by scaling factor of calibration function, correction for instrument inclination, instrument temperature correction and Earth's tide correction. In postprocessing, all measurements are reduced because of the change of pressure, temperatures, height of measuring sensor and Earth pole motion. After defining the gravimeter drift, the Basic Gravimetric Network has been adjusted resulting with final gravity values with belonging accuracy estimation at every gravity point. In this way the zero series of gravity measurements has been realized at the territory of Croatia. In order to encompass the time variations of gravity, it is anticipated that the measurements will be repeated once every 4 year, after that much more interesting measuring material will be available than it is the case now.
