Sažetak
Quality assurance development is one of the highest priorities in higher education. In the whole world there are some approaches how to implement, maintain and develop quality management and a particular part of it, quality assurance, such as: Six Sigma and ISO 9000. ISO Protocol of Standards could be useful platform for introducing a quality assurance system in academic community. Why? Because ISO set of quality standards, as the result of outstanding experience from the western companies. The experience could show how to recognized critical processes for assuring the consistent of working processes.
