Sažetak
A two-dimensional position sensitive silicon photodiode has been tested for measurement of position and energy of charged particles. Position nonlinearity and resolution, as well as energy resolution and ballistic deficit were measured for 5.486 MeV alpha-particles. The results obtained for different pulse shaping time constants are presented.
