Sažetak
In order to achieve its long-term business goals a company must influence the increase of satisfaction and loyalty that appear as a result of the interaction among three groups of factors. Their increase is a precondition of a more effective use of human capital. The human capital as the most important element of the intellectual capital contributes the most to its quality and dimension and in that way represents the main part of the company's market value.
