Sažetak
The growth and complexity of the flow of goods from the producers to the consumers and also the development of modern transport technologies, together with the growing need for optimisation of logistics processes have initiated development of electronic exchange and data transfer (EDI) and outsourcing as the most popular logistics programmes. Having focused (a faster flow of goods) from the producer to the consumer exploration of EDI and outsourcing effects on human potential in logistic have been neglected, together with the synergistic effects of the mentioned programmes in logistic systems. Such research seems adequate especially because modern logistics systems need fewer people for their efficient functioning, but more experienced, motivated people, who are generally more flexible and more qualified. The obtained results in this scientific debate should form quality ground for perspective of co-dependence between quality of logistic service, modern programmes - EDI and outsourcing - and human factor in logistics, all aiming towards improvement of quality of logistic services within micro and macro logistics and economic systems.
