Sažetak
In order to optimize the use of the human potential of many companies as much as possible, besides traditional solutions such as changing the working law, skillful and trained management at all levels is essential as well so that they can in information technologies recognize an ally for economic systems established and led on knowledge, innovation, information and inner enterprise. New work economy is not immune to the use of information technologies in their micro-economic and other analysis. Because of that this scientific discussion gives the overview of possibilities of applications of information technology in supporting management's creation of optimal "amount of contentment" for the employed.
