Sažetak
Due to the research work and the experience, this paper deals with the traceability for the groove depth d and the surface roughness parameter Ra in measuring the surface roughness. This work defines all the conditions for the traceability of parameters d and Ra from the Reference standards to the user. The suggested calibration system is based on the Set of Roughness reference staandards LFSB of top measuring prroperties developed and realised in co-operation between the Laboratory at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture and the Factory of Semi-conductors RIZ-Zagreb
