Sažetak
Cp DNA of white oaks from coastal Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo region, FYR of Macedonia and Albania were analysed with the same methods that were used in a previous survey of European oaks. Haplotypes characteristic for Balkan refugium were found, including haplotypes from Apeninic peninsula. There geographical distribution helped fill an important gap in the knowledge of postglacial migration of oaks in Europe.
