Sažetak
This article discusses the main architectural characteristics of the Pilot Tactical Simulation. The Pilot Simulation was used as a test case for assessing the required level of technical expertise and the potential risk areas for developing a training combat simulation. It is based on object-oriented software architecture which is implemented on a network of personal computers. The global control structure, distribution and concurrency issues and terrain and weapon system models are described.
