Sažetak
Conclusion: Inconsistencies in previous diagnoses of PTSD in comparison to expert evaluation could be related to different diagnostic criteria and course of illness. Compensation purpose diagnostics should be independent and integrate all relevant assessment data. Compensation seeking policy, here represented by new regulations, could be responsible as a factor influencing both diagnostic and treatment outcome.
