Sažetak
The sintered product should have the proper physical features to be transportable and should not produce dust while in the blast furnace. The sinter should be of good metallurgical properties and contain as few determined admixtures as possible. In the article many different measures are used to describe the behaviour of properties of sintered materials: geometric, mechanical, chemical properties of particles and structural, mechanico-chemical properties of solids (for KOVDOR, Krivoj Roy, Nižna Slana concentrates etc.). The information regarding the structure of respective phases allows us to predict reactivity of iron ore concentrates.
