Sažetak
We report on the in - plane (Sab) and the out-of-plane (Sc) thermoelectric power of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 single crystals below 300 K. The Sab has been measured as a function of the oxygen stoichiometry. Our interpretation of the results is based on a model in which there is a narrow peak in the density of states of the charge carriers near the Fermi level.
