Sažetak
This article deals with the basic results of the economic policy in the period from 1990 to 2002, with the causes of the crisis of the Croatian economy. According to the author, one of the possible ways out of the crisis implies changes and coordinated actions in the following areas: economic policy, strategy of development, human resources, use of capital, functioning of the financial market and the law-based state, functioning of the state administration and introducing entrepreneurial behaviour in all aspects of activities.
