Sažetak
As the preretirement programmes are rare in Croatia, this study was aimed at gathering information on the expectations about retirement and the identifying various factors which could be important in retirement planning and preparation for withdawal from work. A questionnaire was administered to a total of 195 employees. Women had more positive attitudes toward retirement than men and felt less anxious when thinking about being retired.
