Sažetak
The paper aims at presenting the matrimonial disepnsation letter issued by the Papal Curia functioning from Avignon during the period of the Avignonese obedience (1305-1378), and the period of the Great Schism (1378-1417), Rome (Great Schism and most of the 15th century), Constance, Basel, Florence (during the Sessions of the respective Councils) and other smaller Italian towns as the popes moved around.
