Sažetak
In 1991, the Republic of Croatia has adopted the ex-Yugoslav law on resolution of conflicts of laws with the provisions of other countries in certain matters of 1982 ("the Law on PIL"). In this article, the authors pleads for ammendments of this law as regard to its provisions on proper law of the contract. In his view, thereby very good reference would be the respective provisions of the Rome Convention on the Law Applicable to Contractual Obligations of 1980.
