Sažetak
Impenetrability of the closed steel object can be, after its production, controlled by filling the object with air up to the definite pressure height, by means of so called pressure testing. In this procedure, different deformations of the object arise, wich can be determined by geodetic methods. Such original method has been applied during the pressure testing of the steel vertical cylindrical object in the determination of verticals and radius deformations at the heights of the object defined in advance. Four each equally arranged plumbs have been measured by the theodolite of hight accuracy WILD T2, with the pressure of 0, 1, 2, and 3 atmosheres as the pressure was rising and falling in the object.
The measuring results indicate the change of the verticality and radius size of the object with different pressure values, at varius object heights. Along with the rise of the perssure, the radius deformations of the object have been growing gradually, and by gradual letting the air out, these deformations have been reduced. The size of deformations is without the limits of tolerances and one draw a conclusion that the object is made according to the existing standards, i.e. according to the project. The measuring accuracy is + 1 mm, estimated by the mean error of double measurements.
