Sažetak
Croatia has signed the so-called Aarhus Convention and intended to ratify it by the end of 2002. Prior to ratifying it is important to consider the cost for Croatia of implementing the convention, and the purpose of this paper is to indicate the magnitude of public administrative costs herewith.
