Sažetak
In the second part of the paper the influence of the little shifts on the parameters-average arrival rate, average service rate, number of channels to the total waiting time function is discussed in the M / M / S / infinity queueing system. The results of the part I. of the recent article are incorporated to the framework of our consideratins. The estimates of the increments of the total waiting time are listed for certain parameter shifts.
