Sažetak
This research was carried out during the period 1997-1999 in the "Ronchi di Cialla" vineyard, in "Colli orientali" AVA of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia. The vinezard, trained bz the Guyot growing system, hat the following characteristics: plant distances 2, 50 x 0, 80 m, with plant density of 5000 vines/ha, rootstock 3309 and total grass covering. Twentytwo different grass covering typologies (Graminacea, Leguminosea and mixed) were compared following an experimental plan based on randomized blocks with three replicates for each thesis. The data obtained were submitted to ANOVA test. The main vegetative parameters (yield, cluster number and average cluster weight, weight of pruned wood, Ravaz index, vegeto-productive balance, total productive index and potentional fertility), must quality parameters (pH, titratable acidity, soluble solids and soluble solids/acidity ratio) soil parameters (temperature and humidity) and grass parameters (% of covering and grass growing) were determined. The results arose show as the grass covering typology affect both plant vegetative and productive parameters and soil parameters.
