Sažetak
This paper deals primarily with the problem of harmonization of Croatian (as country in transition) legislatives in the field of health care organization and delivery, concerning New approach, especially in the field of Medical devices (Directive 93/42/EEC) and Active implantable medical devices (Directive 90/385/EEC) including principles of modern Health Technology Assessment (HTA).
