Sažetak
The effects of different concentrations of newly synthesized halogen derivatives of substituted N.N'-dipropionyl-p-phenylenediamine on growth and aflatoxin B1 and G1 production by mold Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999 were studied in yeast extract sucrose (YES) broth to determine the possible use of that compound as a means to controlling aflatoxin accumulation. Experiments were carried out in a stationary culture at pH 5, 6 and 7 and temperature of 25 oC during 20 days.
