Sažetak
The relationship between mold biomass and the biosynthesis of aflatoxins B1 and G1 on solid substrates at temperatures from 15-35 oC and a water content in the substrate of 20-38% has been investigated. The experiments have been carried out with the aflatoxigenous mold A. parasiticus in pure culture and in mixed culture respectively, the latter with the mold F. graminearum ZMPBF 1244.
