The authors in this study have approached the organistion of human resources in the hotel industry from the theoretical system viewpoint, defining the beancg and functioning of human resources as a segment in the functioning of a company, service, quality and development of tourist possibilities. The planning process of specific planning of human potentials within every company. The point of importan of this study are: the planning of human resources, permanent education, skills, improvement and qualification on the croatian hotel industry
