Sažetak
Political, social, and economic changes are occurring all over the globe and are having great impact on decision making, especially in the management of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). To understand these phenomena more fully, a survey has been conducted regarding entrepreneurs in East Croatia (n=208), who are either managers or owners/managers of small businesses. Cluster analysis was used to identify four management styles in terms of eight characteristics that are associated with the decision making process of the firm.
