Sažetak
Public administration at all hierarchical levels uses huge amount of unstructured data (documents, laws, correspondence with citizens and other governmental bodies). Conventional information systems do not memorize such content and are not capable to support complete business information flows. Therefore complete information system for public administration must have subsystem for evidence, searching and management of unstructured content. Such subsystem must be carefully aligned with business processes taking care about document lifecycle and its flow through organization. This approach creates necessary internal infrastructure, which enables efficient management of relationships with citizens and other governmental bodies.
