Sažetak
Anifertil(Animendica)was given to 11 simenthal type heifers in one feedlot.They received per os half a briquette a day during 20 days and 48 hours after the receival of the last briquette the gynaecological exemination and echography on the ultrasound device ALOHA ECHO CAMERA SSD-210-DX II AND MHz transducer were done to detect oestrus,follicle growth.When the follicle was 13 to 15mm in diameter the ovulation was induced by i/m application of 2ml of Gonovet(Berlin-Chemie To).In the cases where the ovulation was detected by rectal examination and echography the examination was repeated on the 9th and the 10th day after the confirmed ovulation so that corpus luteum cold be detected on the ovarium.In those heifers we induced superovulation.Anifertil is used in practice against sterility in anestria the hypoestria and in sterility without symptoms described in the following paper based on our experiences.
