Sažetak
Intensive changes in the enterprises&#8217 ; ; structure, especially of small enterprises, have great importance for the process of economic transition and the economic development in the Republic of Croatia. Positive tends in the business of small enterprises indicate a possible way of alleviation and solving the key problem of the entire development - unemployment and faster initiation of development cycle through investments in insufficient production for domestic and foreign market. The perspective of further Croatian economy development lays in further restructuring, especially of large enterprises, and the creation of more favourable conditions for business of small and medium enterprises.
