Sažetak
Web collaboration portal is designated for companies/organizations working on the same project where participants are located in different countries/locations. It enables project participants to exchange documents, communicate with each other and allows project managers to hierarchically organize projects giving different users appropriate access rights. Tools used to create and manage this solution are available as open source and downloadable via the Internet, thus lowering operational/implementation costs significantly.
