Sažetak
Cilj rada je ukazati na važnost poznavanja i primjene strategije tržišne segmentacije za marketere, menadžere i maloprodavače u zemljama u tranziciji te utvrditi mogu li preferencije potrošača, odnosno važnost koju oni pridaju pojedinim obilježjima ponašanja i izgleda prodajnog osoblja te elementima uređenja prodajnog mjesta poslužiti kao osnovica za segmentiranje kupaca u supermarketima.
