Sažetak
Experimental approach and data analysis was used on example of mechanized pulsed gas metal arc welding by alternating current (AC P GMAW) on 3 mm AlMg4.5Mn alloy to evaluate the process behaviour and its characteristics when welding bead on plate in pure helium. Detected process characteristic, waveforms, pulse frequency and polarity balance in AC pulsed GMA welding in pure helium is depicted and welding effects are discussed. Based on benefits of information and electronic technology it is possible to obtain adequate process control when welding AC GMA weldinng on AlMg4.5Mn alloy.
