Sažetak
This paper presents envelope curves of specific discharges for average maximum annual discharges, for highest observed discharges, and for maximum annual discharges of the 10, 100 and 1000-year return periods in the Danube catchment area in Croatia. Those are calculated on the basis of 100 available sufficiently long homogenous time series of measured discharges on gauging stations. Practical aspects of the envelopes use in planning and designing of hydrotechnical systems has also been mentioned.
