Sažetak
Ten Croatian cultivars of winter wheat (Žitarka, Super Žitarka, Barbara, Ana, Demetra, Srpanjka, Golubica, Monika, Klara and Hana) were tested during six years (1997.-2002.) at location Osijek with the purpose to evaluate their variability and seasonal variation of some agronomic (grain yield, plant height and thousand weight kernel) and quality traits (test weight, grain protein content, sedimentation value, wet gluten content, gluten index and falling number). Significant differences among cultivars and years were found for the most of the analysed traits. More prominent differences were found among years as compared to the differences among cultivars for grain yield, plant height, test weight, grain protein content and falling number. The least variable cultivar for grain yield was Ana, for plant height cultivar Golubica and cultivars Hana and Monika for thousand weight kernel were the least variable. For grain protein and wet gluten content cultivars Žitarka, Super Žitarka and Barbara were least variable, while for sedimentation value it was Golubica and for gluten index and falling number the least variable cultivars were Ana, Demetra and Srpanjka. Among traits the greatest variability was found for falling number, gluten index and sedimentation value.
