Sažetak
The process of strip rollin on the flat differs by geometrical and often kinematical asymmetry of deformation hot bed. Methods of optical medelling of this process and characteristic epures of normal and tangential stresses achieved at rolling of lead strips on rolls and a made of transparent optically sensitive materials maintaining corresponding similarity criteria are given in the study. Influence degree of mismatching between speed of the roll and parameters of technological lubricants upon the intensity of stresses and character of their distribution along the contact was ascertained. Application of the twice velocities mismatching method is especially effective at rolling without lubrication. And though the character of normal stresses epures changes unsignificantly, their values diminish greatly. The use of this method while rolling with lubrication is less effective though energetically is expedient as well. Increased viscosity of technological lubricant especially effect the value and character of normal stresses. It is obvious from the epures of contact stresses given in this study obtained at the rolling with the lubricants of different viscosity.
