Sažetak
Teamwork is the only feasible approach to complex software development projects. There are a number of team projects during a study of IS/CS/SE. Selection of student team members can be performed by an algorithm that uses student's recommendations for team membership. Such recommendations can be: "preferred leader", "desirable", and "undesirable" team member. The rules that are used by the algorithm enable selection of members for multiple teams that are in concordance with the student's recommendations. The problem of abundant positive and negative interest for certain potential team members is also solved, as well as the problem of inclusion of those students who were not covered by other's recommendations. The effectiveness of the algorithm is tested in relation to a survey of personal characteristics of team members.
