Sažetak
Interregional cooperation within the Alpe-Adria Work-Group so far did not exploit the vast opportunities in education, primarily in higher education. That is probably due to inherited cooperation on industry- and research-levels which started first some ten years ago. Although we must still encourage these means of cooperation, it is my belief that we must start a new program in cooperation which will bridge over traditional differences between our countries and educational praxis, if not the systems. Through the students' mobility, organization of joint courses and cooperation among the teaching staff, the quality of education will be undoubtly improved.
