The study was designed to compare cellular markers in sinus fluid between patients with CRS or asthma+CRS before and after endosinusal treatment 7-day steroid/antibiotic treatment was effective in reducing ECP and tryptase of the asthmatics, but tryptase only in CRS non-asthmatics
