Sažetak
When considering the problems of the pathology of feet, by far the most common problems which occur are those induced by disturbed biomechanics of feet. The causes that lead to such conditions are mostly the consequences of inadequate distribution of forces onto the plantar surface. For the need of production of orthopaedic insoles Modeler has been developed, a special CAD/CAM software with highly specialized functions. Such an approach enables the practitioner to get a satisfying result with the help of the computer with very little background knowledge.
