Sažetak
Following the enactment of the Act on State Aids, Croatian system of competition law and policy was ammended in its importaint aspects. Namely, beside the activities prescribed by the Competition Act, that established the jurisdiction of the implementing authority - Agency for Protection of Market Competition over the regulatory issues in the areas of the control of concentrations between undertakings (M&A), evaluation of agreements among undertakings, as well as other antitrust issues along with the prevention of monopolizations, the new rules on the state aids' regulation were also incorporated into the Croatian competition law and policy legislation.
