Sažetak
Measuring system configuration is presented, consisting of two independent parts: a system for measuring processing parameters and a bi-plane system of video cameras. Used together, they make possible the measurements of man-machine system phenomena, together with the variables of sewing speed variations, workpiece taking and laying-off, as well as ergonomical behaviour on the part of the operator during sewing. Through a rational processing parameter data usage, acquisited employing four measuring sensors and videotapes from the side and upper camera, optimal working methods are determinated, workplace ergonomically designed and biomechanical phenomena occuring in the course of work investigated. Measuring system is tested on real sewing operations. The system has been developed to be used in clothing engineering and can be employed for the investigation of man-machine interrelations, but also in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, graphic technology and the like.
