Sažetak
Based on output quality control data and elements of statistical analysis, computer guided diagnostic quality control system has been developed, enabled quick detection of the most probable points of probably causes of defects on castings. The basis of the system is probability matrix of the failure causes, which links recorded defects with potential points of fault occurrence. Theoretical determination of matrix elements is too complex ; therefore priority has been given to empirical solution. Statistical analysis of control recorded data indicate occurrence of extraordinary causes of defects and enable quick intervention in the casting production process.
