Sažetak
This paper is an introduction to the applications of Dirac operators in representation theory of semisimple Lie groups. We present Vogan's conjecture on infinitesimal characters of representations with Dirac cohomology together with its proof by ourselves. We sketch several applications of this to various classical results. We also describe further investigation on applications to Lie algebra cohomology (joint with D. Renard).
