HLA extended haplotype; psoriasis type I
Sažetak
The inheritance of psoriasi is poligeneic. One locus is with certainty located within the 6p chromosome MHC region. Due to linkage disequilibrium in MHC region, Cw*06 allele is associated with B57, DRB1*0701, DQA1*0201, DQB1*0201 our DQB1*0303 alleles, forming the Caucasian extended haplotype EH-57.1 named according to the B allele. We therefore analysed the distribution of Caucasian extended haplotype in Croatian patients with psoriasis by hibridisation with SSOP.
