Sažetak
The industrial developing requires application of new materials with better mechanical and other features. The quality of tools for machining those materials should be adequate. That requires new and more quality methods and conditions for testing of cutting tools. In this paper one experimental and theoretical method for defining of functional quality of cutting tools is given. Also, experimental results are given.
