Sažetak
In this paper contact material production from silver and graphite, whit less than 5% graphite is shown. Before defining development entry data, availabe data collecting about materials with less than 5% of graphite in weight was done as well as physical properties and chemical analysis of a sample given by the customer. Electrical conductivity and desity values with structure pictures are given, published in manufacturers catalogues and literature. Required contact material test production process is described, from calculations, receipting, mixing, pressing, sintering nad repressing to physical properties testing results during the process. Property testing results of two first contact positions are given separately. Result analysis and discussion was done, and physical properties and material structure differences in materials manufactured by sintering nad excursion process are given. Sinterin technology enables us to acquire silver graphite of satisfactory features that can replace excursion process acquired material.
