Sažetak
Information and communication technologies (ICT) enable transmission and application of all kinds of information and represent the most assertive generic technology of today. The task of ICT management is to stimulate and develop the awareness, knowledge and application of this new form of management in the Croatian economy, which will correspond better to the challenges of the future economic development of Croatia. According to the conducted research Croatia is, concerning the development of ICT infrastructure and implementation of new technologies, on the European average including also comparison to other transitional countries. In addition, the conducted research has shown a major difference in acceptance of new technologies between traditional managers and managers of the new era.
