Sažetak
This paper discusses the process of modernization and upgrading of the semi-automatic command to line of sight (SACLOS) antitank guided missile systems Fagot/Konkurs. The design and implementation procedure of guidance system, based on digital technology is described, as well as training and diagnostic equipments which perform logical parts of whole system. Digital guidance system is considered state-of-the-art technology, performing better performance than analog versions. Digital technology promises the capability of enhanced missile guidance and control, and thus increased accuracy. Digital training equipment increase level of realism through 3D scene, 6DOF model of the missile motion, 3D model of the target kinematics and battlefield sound effects. Digital test-diagnostic station provides effective means for testing and checking as well as parameter adjustment of Fagot and Konkurs launchers and missiles.
